This guidebook is produced by the Fukuoka International Association, a Fukuoka City affiliated organization, in order to provide medical information for foreign residents in the urban area of Fukuoka. It is distributed for free at various locations, including the foreign resident registration section of ward offices and Rainbow Plaza.This booklet includes essential information, such as a list of medical institutions where consultations in foreign languages are available, consultation application forms to present at medical institutions, and examples of useful situational dialogues.
