| Eligible Tenants | Limited to international students (excl. research students) who are currently living with a family, who are enrolled in universities or graduate schools (or planning to take the entrance exams) in the Fukuoka Metropolitan Area, who can actively participate in the Fukuoka International Association's activities, and who can carry a basic Japanese conversation.
*Newly enrolled students must notify the FIA about the result of their admission as soon as it is announced. In the case of failing the entrance exam right after you move in, not meeting the prescribed condition, and so forth, your tenancy will be cancelled. |
