Privacy Policy

1. Basic Policy

The Fukuoka International Association (hereinafter the "Association") collects personal information to the extent necessary for the optimal provision of services available via the Association's Rainbow Cyber Net website (hereinafter the "Site") including the provision of information, delivery of email magazine and so forth, and all collected information will be handled appropriately within the extent of the Association's usage objectives.

2. Collected Information

（1） You must register your email address to subscribe to our email magazine, and are requested to voluntarily provide the following information: address (e.g. village, town, ward, and city), gender, and nationality (hereinafter "user attribute").

（2）For "Inquiries/Questions" made with the inquiry form, your email address will be displayed on the receiver's end.

3. Purpose of Use

（1）Your registered email address will be used for sending email magazines.

（2）Your inquiries and questions may be used as a reference material for formulating and updating FAQ contents on the Site, and your registered email address will be used as a primary address for sending reply emails. In addition, your user attribute may also be used as reference information. In accordance with the policy stated herein, the above information will also be forwarded to the Association and/or to its affiliates.

4. Limitation of Use and Provision of Information

The Association will, at its own discretion, use the collected information for purposes other than those specified in paragraph 3, but only when a disclosure of information is required by laws or ordinances and violations of unauthorized access and threats are detected (excl. special reasons). It will not be provided to third parties; however, statically processed information on accesses, user information and so forth may be published.

5. Security

The Association will take the necessary measures to prevent the leakage, loss or the destruction of the collected information and to handle it appropriately.

6. Disclosure of Personal Information

Personal information other than your email address is entered voluntarily, and the Site does not collect any information such as your date of birth that allows the Association to identify a specific person. For this reason, the Association does not respond for disclosure of personal information.

7. Scope of Application

This privacy policy applies only to this Site.
