In order to make your life in Fukuoka as comfortable as possible, Rainbow Plaza publishes foreign language newsletters "Rainbow"in English, Chinese and Korean to inform you of the latest and essential information about Fukuoka’s living, Japanese culture, traditional events and so forth,
Foreign nationals are provided with a chance to participate in Fukuoka citizen's festival, Hakata Dontaku Port Festival parade. Participants will experience the traditional culture of Hakata to deepen their exchange with Fukuoka citizens.
Foreign nationals are provided with an opportunity to engage in goodwill exchange and deepen their understanding of Japan by living with or visiting a Japanese family.
